Minted, operated by David Achinivu

You must be at least 14 to use Minted. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must also meet any applicable legal consent requirements and involve a parent or guardian when required. Minted does not provide a parent or guardian approval process in the app.

An account is optional for device-only money tracking. If you create one, provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and tell us at getmintedapp@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

You are responsible for activity through your account, subject to applicable law. Do not impersonate another person or use an account you do not have permission to use.

You may use Minted for personal budgeting, income and expense tracking, savings planning, general financial learning, and the available Friends and Chat features.

Do not use Minted to harass or bully, threaten violence, share inappropriate sexual content, send spam or scams, impersonate someone, pressure others to reveal private information, bypass security or access controls, scrape or automate abusive activity, interfere with the service, or break the law.

Do not try to access another user's private financial workspace.

Minted is an educational and budgeting tool. It is not a bank, broker, financial institution, or financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting adviser.

Minted does not connect to bank accounts or move money. Budgets, balances, goals, estimates, and other figures depend on information you enter and are for your own planning.

They are not a guarantee of savings or financial results. You remain responsible for your financial decisions and for seeking qualified advice when you need it.

You keep ownership of the content you enter or send, subject to rights others may have.

You give Minted, operated by David Achinivu, limited permission to store, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide Minted to you and intended recipients, keep the service secure, handle support, and review reports.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Minted.

Chat messages can be seen by conversation members, and reports may be processed for safety review.

Minted provides block and report tools for supported social features.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to respond to abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

We may change or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We will try to communicate material changes in a reasonable way.

You may delete your account in:

Profile → Account → Delete Account

If you cannot access the app, use the external account-deletion instructions at: https://getminted.biz/account-deletion

Deletion removes account and synced financial and social identity data as described there.

Anonymized chat tombstones and limited moderation or safety records may remain when needed for other users' conversations, abuse review, security, disputes, or legal obligations.

The Minted name, branding, app code, and Minted-provided content remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable law.

These Terms do not give you ownership of those materials or limit your ownership of content you submit.

Minted is provided for general informational and personal planning use.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise that the service will be error-free, always available, or suitable for a particular financial decision.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.

We may update these Terms. The current version will show its effective date, and material changes will be communicated where required.
