Do not send:
- your password
- full financial records
- private chat history unless it is necessary to explain a safety issue
- other sensitive personal information that is not needed to address your request

Account Access
If you are having trouble signing in, describe what happens when you try to sign in and include the email address associated with your Minted account.
Do not send your password.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your Minted account in the app from:
Profile → Account → Delete Account
If you cannot access the app, see getminted.biz/account-deletion.
Privacy Questions

Safety or Community Issues
If another user or message violates Minted's rules, use the in-app Block or Report controls when available.

Minted's report tools are not emergency services. If you believe you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact a trusted adult or local emergency services.
